Deliverables
The Client-side Project Manager’s role for Phase II: The Mine Experience will encompass a comprehensive set of services to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Deliverables for this phase include:
1. Schematic Design Documentation Review:
Thorough examination of past/existing schematic design documentation.
Update and validation of schematic design in alignment with the project's current requirements and objectives.
2. Civil/Structural Engineering Review:
Coordination with Architectural team’s civil and structural engineers to assess and enhance the project's foundation, structural integrity, and overall engineering aspects.
Coordination with Architectural team and sub-contractors to confirm all project outcomes identified in current external funding contracts/agreements are met.
3. Coordination with Exhibit Design Company:
Seamless collaboration with the Exhibit Design team to contribute to the development of the Phase II Exhibition Design and Fabrication.
Regular communication and coordination to align design elements with project goals.
Coordination with Exhibit Design team and sub-contractors to confirm all project outcomes identified in current external funding contracts/agreements are met.
4. Cost Estimating for Construction Phase:
Coordinate a comprehensive cost estimation for the construction phase, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the project budget.
5. Coordination Support for Project:
Provision of ongoing coordination support throughout the project lifecycle until Certificate of Occupancy.
Preparation of tender documents and active involvement in the tendering process to ensure a competitive and qualified pool of contractors.

Formal responses to all bidder questions will be issued in writing via email to all bidders by August 8th, 2024.
Proposal Deadline & Delivery
Proposals must be received by the Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre by 4pm PST, on August 9th, 2024.
Proposals received after the closing time stated above will not be accepted.
