The Museum is looking for a Bookkeeper!
Are you looking for a small bookkeeping contract?
The Rossland Historical Museum & Archives Association is a registered charity with CRA and A non-profit BC Society.
We Maintain Our Books and Payroll with Quickbooks and conduct an annual review process with our accounting firm.
Our fiscal year is October-September.
We are expecting approximately 10 hours per month to assist with:
Monthly:
Remit payroll source deductions
Enter all revenue from various sources, including earned revenue (admission, events, & gift shop)
Reconcile credit card
Reconcile main operating, BC Gaming, and Renewal Project bank accounts
Remit PST payments
Quarterly:
Remit GST payments
Prepare quarterly report to Finance Committee
Annually:
Assist during the annual review process with required documents (October-November)
Assist with annual budgeting process
Complete annual review's resulting journal entries
