The Mine Experience
As visitors enter the Mine Experience, it will be obvious that they are moving into a re-created mining environment. The Mine Experience will strike a balance between representing an authentic mine and being an interpretive experience with artifacts and interactives. The exhibit will be dominated by cold, hard materials, and there will be artificial rockwork throughout, giving visitors the impression that they are in fact underground!
The Mine Experience entrance will include a hoist to bring visitors up to the tunnel exhibit itself, further immersing visitors into the underground mining experience.
